-做這種資料搜集很開心,為了尋找這味菜的圖片,竟找到一間位於荷屬聖馬丁(Sint Maarten)的餐廳的網頁。因此看了點Sint Marrten的資料,這是位於加勒比海東北部的一個島嶼。)






Gamache pulled up a chair, grabbed a baguette filled with thick sliced maple-cured ham, brie and arugula and took a beer.

“What did you find?” Gamache asked, biting into a baguette stuffed with pheasant terrine, arugula and cranberry sauce. A micro-brewery beer was in front of him with a slight head of foam.

什麼是pain de menage?原來是"loaf, mass of bread which is shaped into a rectangular or rounded form and baked in one piece."
Their breakfast arrived, with a side order of home fries and baked beans. Surprisingly, the eggs were perfectly cooked, the bacon crispy and the pain de menage actually homemade, warm and tasty.
